"The" Don Knoechel (1977-1980)	John "Voltron" Latham (1996-1999)

The MIAA MVP award is voted upon by coaches after the conclusion of the conference championships each year. Twice in the last 5 years, this award has gone to a diver (2000 co-MVP Jeff Gorton, 2003 MVP Anthony Holt).
