We are the most selective liberal arts college in Michigan, as well as the home of the nationally recognized Kalamazoo Plan. Founded in 1833, we are located in southwest Michigan, equidistant from both Chicago and Detroit (about 140 miles). Our dedication to Academic Excellence keeps our student to faculty ratiot at 13 to 1, and all our classes are taught by Professors. 	Our Swimming & Diving program has been home to countless All-America selections, individual national champions in several events, and strives for sucess as a team every time they enter the pool.
